Cute button stud earrings

Thought I'd share these cute little button earrings I made. They're really easy and make a lovely gift.

All you need are buttons, stud backs and araldite. For buttons I went to yarn in Nottingham www.yarn-in-notts.co.uk. They have a great selection of pretty buttons. Yarn is one of my favorite shops, with lovely wool, needles, patterns, finished projects for inspiration and they run a knitting group. It's all set around a big oak table so you can sit and browse. It really is a lovely shop.

To make the earrings simply mix some araldite and use it to glue the buttons to the earring backs. I bought some gold plated backs from ebay. To finish the project I then printed some cute little display cards. They make a lovely gift wrapped in tissue paper.
